Cover from Brussels to Bogotá, bearing machine overprinted 30c. pair paying the double rate, combined with Belgium 1921-28 1fr. and 1,75fr., with the franking being tied by two different datestamps on dispatch, forwarded to the Scadta office of Barranquilla, where the corresponding c.d.s. of the company was applied (tying the Consular franking), with arrival on reverse.
