Reverse bearing national 10c. in pair tied by Barranquilla framed datestamp. Red wax seal missing on reverse and edge wrinkles to cover, of no importance, as the natural spots caused by gum along some perforations. A rare combination franking. Colomphil 20b; Scott C20 (var).
