Cover from Honda to Barranquilla carried at printed matter rate, bearing 10c. yellow, diagonal half and single, tied by circular Scadta handstamps in purple, and bisect 3c. of the National Post tied by framed datestamp on arrival, also tying part of the airmail franking.
