Commercial envelope from Bogotá to New York, endorsed "Por Hidroavión Colombia", flown via Girardot-Barranquilla (first northbound flight), franked at the new reduced rate of 30 centavos up to 20 grams, with 30c. black and rose (damaged, most probably even before use) and National Post 5c., each tied by c.d.s. on dispatch, with framed datestamp of Barranquilla on reverse.
