ColombiaEighth Issue1866, 10c. grey, stone I, a well margined example, paying the inland rate to port of embarkation on envelope addressed to Paris, tied by Bogotá oval, with French "Ligne-A./5 Avril 67/Paq. Fr. N°2" c.d.s. denoting the carriage by the "Washington" which called at Santa Marta, and "10" décimes due marking paid on delivery alongside, backstamped on arrival.
