ColombiaSeventh Issue1864, 10c. violet, type 8, complete to huge margins with portion of adjoining stamp at right, on 18 February 1865 registered cover to Santamarta, tied by "Bogotá" oval handstamp, showing the stipulated "0" red numerals along sides, crossed pen strokes in angles, and "Certificación á Bogotá/Salió en...de..." postmark also on front. Anotated as received and signature inside. Some imperfections to cover not detracting from the very attractive appearance. Four registered covers are known with this single franking. Scott 38.
