ColombiaSixth Issue1863, 20c. red, type B, marginal example from the left of the sheet, together with 10c. blue, mostly good to large margins, both tied by Bogotá oval pearled cancel, with six strikes of 20" handstamp in red along sides as the norm for registered mail and "Certificación á Bogotá/Salió en...de..." with "17 febrero 1864" date inserted in manuscript. Notated as received and signature on reverse as stipulated for registered mail by the postal rules. One of only two covers recorded exhibiting this combination franking; its desirability is further enhanced by being a very scarce registered mail. Cert. Moorhouse. Scott 31, 32.
