ColombiaFifth Issue1862, 10c. blue on bluish paper, type III, large balanced margins on all four sides, cancelled "Soata" in manuscript on single weight entire letter from Soatá to Bogotá, dated 16 February 1864. Two filing folds not affecting the adhesive.
