ColombiaFourth Issue1861-62, 10c. blue, pair showing shifted alignment of transfers, with outer frame line just touched at top, large margins in other respects, intense good colour, exhibiting remarkable colourless flaws in upper spandrels, being quite large in the right-hand adhesive, cancelled at Bogotá. The third largest multiple, of which only four are so far recorded, and this is further enhanced by the prominent flaws; to our knowledge, only six multiples are known for this value. Scott 19.
