ColombiaThird Issue1861, 20c. red, a magnificent selection of five used examples showing manuscript cancels, with "Amba" of Ambalema, rare "...les" of Ipiales or Manizales (?), "Barran/quilla", scarce "Mompós" and "Santander", this with most unusual additional notation being faded in manuscript (probably being a stamp used to fraud the post).
