ColombiaThird Issue1861, 10c. blue, a remarkable selection of six well margined examples with five different manuscript cancellations including Raudal (it is exhibited part of this cancel, being a very probably unique usage from this locality), Barranquilla (two, one on piece), scarce Piedras, Neiva and rare Tunja (ex Londoño; then described as sound example but affected by negligible hingeing thin).
