1917-22 Italian Post OfficesTientsin1917, 8c. on 20c. orange and carmine, postage dues, an exceptional block of four featuring double overprint of the "4" and "CE" of "Cents" at top left, very fresh with original gum. Most postage dues are found remarkably off centre, this being centred to top left. An extraordinary and most probably unique variety which is unrecorded in Sassone (this variety is listed but for the 4c. on 10c. value, number 5d in Sassone, quoted as without price). Cert.
