1917-22 Italian Post OfficesTientsin1921, 2$ on 5l. ultramarine and rose, "2 Dollari" surcharged locally by hand, being neatly applied, centred to bottom, thus being better centred than encountered in the very few other examples recorded, which are centred to bottom left with perforations entering/touching the frame lines on two sides, this example consequently being considered as of exceptional quality in this respect; additionally very fresh mint with original gum.
