1917-22 Italian Post OfficesPeking1917-18, 10c. rose, 25c. blue, 50c. violet and 1l. brown and green, all paying eight-times the single rate on registered large folded envelope to Rome, tied by "R.R. Poste Italiane/Pechino-Cina" c.d.s.'s, with instructional marking denoting censorship exemption on front. Reverse with Bologna and Rome datestamps, as well as circular "Distaccamento Ra. Marina in Cina/Commando" marking with coat-of-arms of the Italian Navy which further enhances the rarity of this postal-history gem.
