Rumania1869, 10 bani blue, well margined example, in combination with 1871 10 bani blue, fresh with large margins, each tied by "Bacau/Posta" on 29 February 1872 cover to Strasbourg, showing framed "P.D." and representing the payment of the single external rate per 15 grams, with Itzcani, Breslau and Strasbourg datestamps on reverse. A very rare mixed issue franking on cover addressed to a very infrequent destination: Alsace -after the Franco-Prussian War-, when this territory was no longer French. Signed Heimbüchler.
