BulgariaAirmails1930, June 12. Postcard from Varna to Vienna, bearing 1925 4l. tied by c.d.s. on dispatch and 1927 airmail overprinted 1l. on 6l. (2) and 4l., tied by the airmail cachet of 1926 in purple, with "1926" year erased, and bilingual "Par Avion" blue label alongside. Exceedingly few items are recorded with the 1926 cachet being altered (it seems that the postal authorities were not convinced by the re-usage); the airmail label was sufficient to denote the transport.
