Postcard sent free of charge as military mail from Odrin (Adrianopolis) to Stara Zagora, carried from Kuleliburgas by the "Chemins de Fer Ottoman" railway company, as confirmed by neat "Chemins de Fer de la Turquie d'Europe/Kulleli Burgas" negative handstamp applied at the railway station of Kuleliburgas, and "Demir-Tache" Ottoman c.d.s. alongside. Although Bulgaria gained some Ottoman territories in Europe, the status of this company did not change. The only example recorded of this negative handstamp during the balkan Wars. Cert. Hitzler.
