Registered envelope (imperfections at base) addressed to the German Kaiser Wilhelm II at Potsdam, the cover being redirected to Berlin, franked by 1912 5st., 10st. and 25st. two examples of each value, with 5st. and 10st. also applied on reverse, all paying the triple registered external rate up to 60 grams, tied by very rare "Sitniakowo/Palais" c.d.s. in blue, with framed bilingual registration cachet alongside, also applied on dispatch. Intact red wax seal with Royal Arms on reverse. The only registered cover with the latin type of Sitniakovo, representing a perfect combination of "Palace Mail" including: an imperial addressee, an issue dedicated to Ferdinand I, the cancellation and the seal.
