BulgariaLater Issues1901, "Prince Ferdinand" Issue. A magnificent specialized collection containing about 85 covers and hundreds of stamps, mounted on exhibition pages housed in two albums. The stamps section includes complete set of proofs on thick card paper, specimens, the set in unmounted blocks of four, part sheets, numerous unusual marginal multiples with plate numbers. The postal history array features stationery, money orders, very rare "A.R." cover, postal saving cards, insured mail with 3l., very rare acknowledgement of receipt form, "Samples Without Value" mail, unique form used as parcel receipt, newspapers/magazines, combinations with Belgian and Italian postage dues, rare mixed frankings with the 1909 provisional or the 1911 issue (only contemporaneously valid for two-three weeks), rare destinations such as Chile, a very interesting insured cover sealed with wax and cord with medal, rare high frankings or multiples.
