BulgariaLater Issues1901, "PCP" ("Par Certificate postale") overprint, 25 st. on registered 13 November 1911 envelope sent to the telegraphic section of the Berlin Post Office, tied by rare Cyrillic "Abonnements Post/Sofia" c.d.s., with arrival on back. In cases where the sender of a telegram had ordered and prepaid for an acknowledgement of receipt by an addressee, this certificate was sent back by the delivering telegraph office to respective post office in an official registered envelope, franked by "PCP" overprinted adhesives.
