"Small Lion" 5st. stationery card from Assenovo to Sizopol, additionally franked, for the registered fee, with three examples of 1901 "Uprising Against the Ottoman Empire" 5st., all tied by bilingual "Assenovo Gare" railway station c.d.s. on dispatch, undelivered as a result of indicating an unknown addressee following application of bilingual "Inconnue" label, which was also tied by one of the T.P.O.'s cancellations applied alongside, including the Varna-Sofia and Tsaribrod-Burgas routes, making up a spectacular front. Backstamped at Sizopol. The only mixed franking so far recorded including this issue, on complete cover, and properly paying the required rate; this issue also exists in mixed frankings with "Small Lions" on external mail, but without paying any portion of the rate, as the issue was not valid on mail sent abroad.
