'Specimen', and 1924 set mint, Hedjaz railway 25c. 'Sower with "L.L for G.L" overprint error, 1921 Merson 'Justice' overprints (3) 20c., 2f. and 5f., and 'Notaire' 40c. (unlisted), Passports with 'Merson' type 5f. bisect on piece, and large medallion type bisects (2). Strong range of small medallion type fiscals, with later Forest types and local overprints, and a superb range of 'O.M.F.' overprints on Turkish issues, including Land Registry, Notarial, census, etc., most locally handstamped 'Specimen'. A superb collection which would be virtually impossible to replicate.
