Registered telegram envelope from St. Thomas to Port-au-Prince, addressed to John Sparrow David Thompson, Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada on the U.S.S. "Atlantic", bearing 1873-1902 3c. (5th printing), 4c. (2nd printing) and 10c. (6th printing), tied by St. Thomas c.d.s.'s, backstamped on receipt. Despite faults including repaired corner of the 10c. denomination, a very rare usage further enhanced by the scarce three-colour franking. Facit 6, 7, 10. Photo
