French ColoniesReunion1852, 15c. black on blue, type II, mainly clear margins, touching the outer frame line at right and small part at top, deeply etched impression, cancelled by two pen strokes. Tiny thins and slight part discoloration; described as "in good state of preservation" in the Von der Weid certificate, as minor imperfections are usually encountered and plague this fragile issue.
