France1876-77, "Sage" Issues, choice assembly containing over 100 mint/unmounted stamps, including among others type I: 5c., 10c., 25c. ultramarine (couple of negligible tone spots not mentioned in the certificate), 75c., 1fr., ; imperforate 2c. to 15c., 75c., 2fr.; type II: 10c., 15c., 25c. black on red, 75c.; imperforate 25c. black on red, 5fr. Several valuable items are never hinged or marginal examples. Also featuring some Granet reprints and "Regents" examples, as well as duplicates as for the 5fr. type II (3). A delightful lot in mainly very fine condition, worthy of inspection, with 25 certificates (chiefly from Bernard Behr). Photo
