France1862, 80c. rose, "back to back" and "neck to neck" tête-bêche in a striking block of four from the lower right corner of the sheet, exhibiting the inverted cliché at bottom right, attractively detailed impression, usual centring. Very slight crease at base of little significance for this rarity, being describe as "froissure de gomme" (gum wrinkle) in the certificate. Gum creases not detracting.
