1859-1976, an outstanding collection in unused condition for the most part, contained in two albums, featuring an interesting representation of the first issue including marginal examples, better cancels, unusual marginal example of first coarse printing 1/2r. on entire letter, second coarse printing 1/2r. in unused block of 14, second issue with 1/2c. used, 1866-69 1/2c., 1c. and 1/2r. tête-bêche in strip of three, following the later "Contraseña" issues with several used examples of 2r. (one with rare handstamp from the pre-adhesive period), unusual 1/2r. used strip of three with upright overprint, overprinted "1900" 25c. mint (stuck to Hawid protection), 1902 Carúpano tête-bêche used, 1903 Guayana first and second issue used/unused with several duplicates, better later issues mint including 1937 25c. on 40c. with second overprint (cert. Club Filatélico de Caracas), etc. Airmails with better sets mint, officials and telegraphs. "Escuelas" including perf. 1880 20b. mint & 25b. used (ink stroke) both signed, 25c. on cover, as well as "Instrucción" examples. The collection is enriched with varieties and some covers (mainly in the early XXth Century). Viewing recommended.
