Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG. Vorzugsaktie DM 50, Stuttgart April 1984. #004716. In 1930 founded by Ferdinand Porsche. First the company offered motor vehicle development work and consulting. One of the first assignments the new company received was from the German government to design a "Volkswagen", the Beetle, one of the most successful car designs of all time. After the war Ferdinand son, Ferry, started the successful production of the famous sports cars. In 2007 Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG was renamed Porsche AG. Top left the famous company logo based on the old coat of arms of the State of Württemberg. EF.
