Ford Société Anonyme Française. Action F 100, Asnières, 26. Juin 1929, #739319. The SAF was formed in Bordeaux in 1916, by Percival Lea Dewhurst Perry (1878-1956), the head of Britain’s Ford . The SAF assembled the Ford Model T in Bordeaux and in Asnières-sur-Seine near Paris. In 1954, the manufacturing business was sold to Simca. Well-known 1912 Ford logo and printed signature of Perry as Président. VF.
