Two Second-Bucharest print covers to Paris, carried at 25 bani rate from Bucharest and Tecuciu, the former bearing 25b. blue in scarce indigo shade tied by blue c.d.s. on dispatch, the other being franked by 5b. and 10b. (2) with few tone spots of little consequence. An appealing duo. Mi. 50, 51, 53.
