Registered envelope to Ljubljana (then Austria), with "Via Crajova Temesvar" endorsement deleted,  franked by Paris print 25b. yellow-orange pair and First Bucharest print 10b. blue, tied by blue Slatina c.d.s.'s and framed (rounded corners) "Recomandat" adjacent, with arrival on reverse. A very fine and rare mixed issue franking. Mi. 41a, 45a.
