Cover from Bañolas (Spain) to Bogota, franked on dispatch with Spain "E" machine overprint 30c. blue, with application of National Post 4c. at Barranquilla, both tied by Scadta c.d.s. in transit at Barranquilla. This cover, together with other correspondence, was initially forwarded to Colombia in a large envelope addressed to Scadta P.O. Box 203 at Barranquilla, where it was additionally franked for internal postage. A very fine and scarce usage from Spain. Scott CLE28.
