1864, 10c. violet, small portion of the bottom right corner missing, and 20c. blue, margins ranging from cut into to large, both cancelled by Bogotá oval, on large cover  to Natagaima, paying the triple inland rate which justified by the content mentioning documents enclosed, with the ''Anotación'' 5 c. adhesive used in conjunction with the registration 5 c. stamp, each applied in upper corners and cancelled by red ''0'' handstamp on dispatch, with both stamps also receiving a manuscript cancellation on arrival. Manuscript ''N° 10'' at top denoting the registration number, as well as annotation as received by addressee and signature. Very slight horizontal crease through adhesives. The ''Anotación'' adhesive denoted payment of a special fee for the letters' entry into an official book at the originating Colombian P.O. as an added security measure, although not a registration service, for which also the registration stamp was required. One of just three covers recorded exhibiting the registration and ''Anotación'' values. A significant and desirable rarity. Cert. Bortfeldt. Scott 38, 39, F1, F2.  Ex Frohlich and "Tito" collection.
