1932, Jan. 25. Cover from Santa Marta to Medellín bearing 1932 airmail 20c. used as 10c. with 4c. as additional franking, paying the printed matter rate for "papeles de negocio". Although it was not permitted to bisect stamps, on very rare occasions this practice was applied by some SCADTA agents. A very rare comercial usage of a bisect. Scott C86.
