1921, selection of six surcharged stamps with 50c. featuring very rare "(Hand) Valor 10 Centavos (Hand)" with a minor imperfection in lower left corner (signed Kessler, less than five mint examples known and no covers recorded); two (one creased) "VALOR 10 CENTAVOS" (signed Brun and Champion, 14 mint examples recorded); typewritten "VALOR  $0.10" in blue, fine used copy of just about ten known off cover; "VALOR 30 Ctvos/S.C.A.T.A." used example (11 known) being signed by Kessler; "Forero" reprint "ALOR 30 CENTA" mint (signed Sanabria).
