1921, "(hand) VALOR 20 CENTAVOS (hand)" on 50c. green, on cover to Barranquilla, upfranked, for the single rate, with SCADTA 10c. yellow (imperfections in corners at foot, and "Correos Nacionales" 3c., all tied by circular "Servicio Postal Aéreo/SCADTA/Bogotá" handstamp, backstamped by boxed Barranquilla receiving postmark and SCADATA three-line handstamp with associated date of 22.12.1921. Cover somewhat creased not affecting the franking. Only 200 examples of this provisional stamp were produced and just seven covers have so far survived. Colomphil 19; Scott C36.
