1921, "VALOR 30 Ctvos - S.C.A.T.A." surcharge on 50c. green, used on single weight cover to Barranquilla, tied by SCADTA oval handstamp of Girardot, accompanied by national postage 1c. and 3c. which remained uncancelled. Minor imperfections to envelope which are far away from the franking. 350 stamps were surcharged.
