1921, "$ 030 c", violet surcharge, placed sideways, on 50c. pale green, as well as diagonal half of 50c. green, both used on fragment of commercial envelope from New York sent via Barranquilla, with the franking tied by SCADTA three-line handstamp and Barranquilla c.d.s. in October 1921. An extraordinary combination of a provisional surcharged stamp and a bisect example from the first issue. Colomphil 8; Scott C24.
