1921, 50c. pale green, handstamped with three-lines "Servicio Postal/Aéreo de Colombia/PANAMA" boxed cachet, unused with original gum. After the Gonzalo Mejía experiment in New York, a further attempt was made at the SCADTA Agency in Panama, where few examples of the first and second issues received this special cachet and were sold in 1921. This issue is considered as a pre-consular experiment. Corner crease at bottom left corner of absolutely no importance for this unique item, the only recorded example of this value with this handstamp.
