1920, 10c. green, vertical pair from the upper left corner of the sheet, positions 1 / 7, showing two very fine strikes of "Compañía Colombiana de Navegación Aérea/Oficina Central de Administración DE OFICIO/Barranquilla" oval handstamp in violet, which was applied on official correspondence. Couple of tone spots and usual creasing of very little consequence. Illustrated on page 42 of "The Air Post of Colombia" by Eugenio Gebauer (the author speculates on the possibility this handstamp to be probably a surcharge).
