1920, Nov. 30. Postcard from Cartagena to Medellin, franked on picture side with 10c. green tied by "CCNA/Cartagena" oval handstamp, with on front bearing National Post 1/2c. in block of four, tied on dispatch and arrival (10 December), showing manuscript notation in Spanish at bottom left: "Left Cartagena in the plane 'Medellín' on the 30 November 1920". Some tone spots hardly detracting. This stamp is very scarce used on cover and a true rarity on postcard; furthermore, very few items were flown on 30 November. Scott C11. Ex Augusto Peinado.
