1920, April. 10c. green, four examples on piece, tied by "CCNA/Agencia de Barranquilla" oval handstamp, accompanied by National-Post revenue stamps of 1c. and 20c. The franking would have paid a large envelope of at least 60 grams (as per 40 centavos), which was probably flown in April 1920.
