1916-17. Two censored covers registered from Rabaul bearing N.W. Pacific Islands overprinted adhesives, one directed to Bradford with 2 1/2d. indigo pair, the other being a large O.H.M.S. envelope (slightly reduced at right) addressed to Paris with "The Treasury/Rabaul" marking and franked by 2 1/2d. indigo and 3d. yellow-olive. A scarce duo.
