1867, 5c. green, final state of the original plate, vertical pair from positions 1 & 13, large margins except for a small portion of the lower right corner which has been diagonally severed resulting a tiny part of the frame line missing, exhibits pre-printing paper fold at bottom, used on cover from Cochabamba to Sucre, cancelled by italic ´´Franca´´ handstamp in red used at Cochabamba. A very scarce usage of a red cancellation on this issue, of great visual impact for exhibition. Cert RPS. Starting Price US$ 1,500
