1845, 60r. black, worn impression, type II, left sheet-margin vertical pair roughly separated at base with three good margins on other sides, tied by "Ceara" framed postmarks on 23 November 1846 entire letter to Rio de Janeiro, conveyed by the "Imperador". The lower strike of Ceará causing acid ink erosions. Just four covers are known originating from Ceará. Vertical pairs are much scarcer than horizontal pairs on cover. RHM 6. Starting Price US$ 400
