Cover from Rio de Janeiro to Santiago de Chile, endorsed "por "John Elder" " of the PSNC, franked by 1866 200r., tied on dispatch, paying the PSNC rate up to 1 oz between South American ports which was equivalent to 1s., Chilean tax indicating 15c. to be collected.
