Envelope from Petrópolis to Marseilles, bearing 1850 90r. three copies with large margins except for one just touched at top left, together with perforated 1866 100r. tied on departure with Petrópolis French-type cds adjacent, insufficiently prepaid for the double 560r. rate to France and consequently charged "16" décimes as fully unpaid on receipt as per Convention, after application of red "Insuficiente" oval at Rio de Janeiro.
