1854-61, 280r. red, cut into at upper right corner, otherwise large margins, on 25.10.1862 cover from Rio de Janeiro to Genoa, carried by the French "Bearn", with 150r. being underpaid according to the single 430r. rate to Italy, with "Insufficiente" oval h.s. of Rio twice struck, one being applied over the erroneously struck "P.D." h.s.
