1860, 60c. pale brown, fine impression, extremely fresh with large margins on all sides, used on January 19, 1860 entire letter to Buenos Aires, tied by bold strike of ´´Administración de Correos/Salto´´ ornate oval. The cover was underpaid for the single 120c. rate to Argentina, and therefore charged in manuscript ´´1 p.´´ on arrival.
