"...Mouth (neat): hot, very punchy, very cherry-ish and sherried. Cherry liqueurs, orange liqueurs, sultanas and pepper. With water: still very nervous but with a wider fruitiness. Added orangey notes, liquorice, kumquats and Corinth raisins. Finish: long, fruity, raisiny, gingery and candied (brown sugar, speculoos). Good stuff."
